Concierge service terms
These terms explain what Transfer Tirana does and what must be confirmed before a ride. By using the website or sending a request, you accept that the online service collects and manages requests; it does not automatically sell a transfer.
Transfer Tirana’s role
Transfer Tirana acts as a concierge and intermediary for transport requests. Transport is provided by independent suppliers. We do not present the website as a fleet, driver or operator directly performing every ride. The supplier and applicable conditions are communicated before acceptance.
Request and confirmation
Completing the form, opening WhatsApp or sending a message does not create a booking. The request checks route, date, vehicle and availability. A booking is formed only when you receive and accept the supplier’s offer with price, vehicle, timing and conditions. If a detail changes, the offer may need to be recalculated.
Indicative prices and sources
“From” figures are public benchmarks checked on 7 November 2026 and accompanied by their source. They are not fares guaranteed by Transfer Tirana and may not include your address, vehicle or date. The final fare depends on route, time, passengers, luggage, category, stops, season and availability. Only the final written offer defines the ride cost.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate details, full addresses, the actual passenger and luggage count and information about children or special needs. Promptly communicate changes to flight, ferry, time or destination. For airport or port returns, agree a realistic margin with the supplier: indicative journey times do not guarantee an absence of traffic or disruption.
Payments, changes and cancellations
The website does not take payments. Payment method, any deposit, changes, cancellations, waiting time, supplements and refunds must be clarified in the supplier’s offer before acceptance. If these conditions have not been communicated, ask for them on WhatsApp before confirming. Do not assume that cancelling a request equals receiving a booking refund.
Availability and liability
Coverage and vehicles are subject to confirmation. We do not promise immediate availability, remaining seats or a specific unconfirmed model. Responsibility for performing transport belongs to the supplier under applicable law and conditions. Transfer Tirana remains responsible for request handling to the extent required by law; nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
