Privacy for transfer requests
This policy concerns details entered in the request form or sent directly through WhatsApp and email. Transfer Tirana is an independent concierge service: it uses the information to reply, look for suitable suppliers and prepare a transport offer.
Data you may send
Name, WhatsApp number, optional email, pickup, destination, date, time, flight or ferry number, passengers, luggage, vehicle preference and notes. Do not enter documents, payment details or sensitive information in the notes.
How the form works
The website is static and has no accounts, booking database or payments. Fields are processed in your browser to create a message draft. The request is not sent automatically: you must open WhatsApp or the email draft and press Send. Quick-form parameters can appear in the request-page URL.
Purpose and sharing
Voluntarily submitted data is used to handle your request, check route coverage and availability, communicate price and conditions and arrange the ride when accepted. Relevant information may be shared with independent transport suppliers needed to evaluate or provide the service. We do not sell data to advertising lists.
WhatsApp, email and external links
When you choose WhatsApp or email, communication takes place through that provider and its terms and privacy policies also apply. Public-price source links lead to external websites with their own data practices. This website does not install advertising cookies or profiling systems.
Retention and your rights
Conversations are retained only as long as needed to handle requests, supplier relationships, administrative or legal duties and possible disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Deletion may be limited by legal obligations.
